With co-branding or white labelling, customers can access our Home Energy Audit Tool through secure platforms on your brand and discover the energy performance of their home.

This package helps you identify and quantify upgrade opportunities across your portfolio. It provides:

Targeted recommendations for improving home efficiency, each with an associated uplift in score and estimated financial return.

Cost ranges and savings estimates, helping to assess affordability and ROI across different home types.

Payback periods, enabling segmentation and prioritisation of homes with the fastest return on upgrades.

STC rebate eligibility, including estimated amounts, to support integration with incentives or funding models.

Use cases include tailoring green financing products, driving proactive customer engagement, or identifying retrofit opportunities in high-impact segments.

A data-rich view of estimated electricity, gas, and water usage—crucial for understanding household operational efficiency at the individual or aggregate level. This includes:

  • Bill-period level usage and cost estimates (monthly or quarterly), across all major utilities.
  • Annual consumption metrics, enabling comparison, benchmarking, and emissions modelling.
  • Inputs customised by home profile, including property type, appliances, and occupancy.
This dataset supports sustainability reporting, risk profiling, and energy performance benchmarking across large home portfolios.

Our proprietary Home Efficiency Assessment (HEA) scores provide a unified, interpretable metric to understand and compare home performance. This package includes:

  • Current HEA score: A data-driven measure of a home’s efficiency.
  • Potential score: Indicates the performance uplift possible through recommended improvements.
  • Confidence benchmark: A rating of data quality and reliability behind the score.
  • Benchmarking: Compare homes against similar property types across your portfolio.

This package translates household energy consumption into carbon emissions, offering a clear view of environmental impact across your portfolio. It includes:

  • Estimated CO₂ output from electricity, gas, and water use based on occupant behaviour and appliance mix.
  • Annual and bill-period emissions, aligned with utility usage data for consistency.
  • Customisable emissions factors to align with your regional standards or reporting frameworks.
This data supports ESG reporting, sustainability-linked product development, and risk assessment—particularly in regions where emissions disclosure or reduction targets are required. It enables you to quantify and track the carbon footprint of the homes in your portfolio and model the impact of efficiency interventions.

The Livability Engine provides a future-state view of household utility costs—showing what a home could be spending if it implemented all recommended upgrades. It includes:

  • Modelled utility costs post-upgrades, based on projected efficiency gains across electricity, gas, and water.
  • Comparative spend delta between current and improved states.
  • Scenario modelling that accounts for occupancy, location, and appliance type.
This package is valuable for illustrating the real-world financial benefits of energy upgrades to your customers, or for identifying homes with the greatest cost-saving potential. It enables financial institutions to support upgrade financing, insurers to model affordability and stress scenarios, and real estate platforms to surface value-add insights for property listings.

How do we keep our data safe? It’s an important question.

  • Built and hosted on secure AWS infrastructure
  • FIRB-compliant local data hosting
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for data security and managing personal data
  • Australian Competition & Consumer Commission Consumer Data Right (CDR) compliance
